The organ is an Abbott organ and it was rebuilt in June 1994, by John Jackson of Morley, retaining nearly all the original pipe work.
The original three manual organ became a two manual organ and was dedicated by the Bishop of Knaresborough.
Worshippers raised more than £40,000 for this restoration which became essential following a century of use.
